The Chautauqua Association of Disciples of Christ (CADC) has offered the ministry of hospitality in our guest houses for over 100 years. At the beginning of the 2019 season, we opened the new Graybiel House. This new four-story guest house is air-conditioned and can be used year-round for lodging. All floors are accessible by elevator.

Now that the Graybiel House is completed, we have turned our attention back to needed updates and repairs in our grand and historic Headquarters House. Next projects there include updating the fire safety of the building and fire escape, exterior painting and carpentry, and remodeling and updating the kitchen. A new capital campaign called Renew HQ is kicking off this summer to raise funds for these improvements.
As you may know, most lodging at Chautauqua is expensive, making it difficult for many individuals and families to spend time in this incredible place. Your donations help us with ongoing updates and care of our two houses as well as help us continue to provide affordable lodging, and pay the mortgage down on the new Graybiel House.
